Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical liaison for developers utilizing Helius APIs and streaming products.

• Diagnose problems, replicate bugs, and collaborate with engineering to implement solutions.

• Create code samples, demonstrations, and SDKs that facilitate quicker customer integration.

• Revise and enhance documentation, tutorials, and guides informed by real-world inquiries.

• Streamline support processes using internal tools, scripts, and AI-assisted technologies.

• Work alongside engineering on feature requests, bug reports, and enhancements driven by customer feedback.

• Actively engage in Discord and Telegram to assist developers, collect input, and identify emerging trends.

• Collaborate with enterprise and ecosystem teams to design integrations and enhance performance.

• Develop prototypes for new experimental features in conjunction with engineers and product owners based on user feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a technical capacity (support, engineering, solutions, or developer relations).

• Enthusiasm for the Solana ecosystem, distributed systems, and internet capital markets.

• Ability to read and write code comfortably (TypeScript & Rust preferred).

• A strong sense of curiosity, proactive attitude, and a sense of ownership.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in simplifying complex technical concepts.

• A genuine passion for assisting developers and enhancing the developer experience.

• Nice to Have

• Experience with APIs, SDK design, or contributions to open-source projects.

• Previous experience in a startup environment or within a small, agile team.
