Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide technical consultations and deliverables based on client narratives.

• Become an authority on Hack The Box products and services.

• Achieve mastery of products and services within the initial four months.

• Present customized and impactful product demonstrations to both new and existing clients.

• Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers on deal strategies and technical successes.

• Plan and guide customers through value-oriented trials and evaluations.

• Develop and sustain relationships with technical stakeholders from customer organizations.

• Facilitate Hack The Box workshops and professional training sessions.

• Work together with Content Development, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Infrastructure, and Analytics teams.

• Report directly to the Senior Director of Global Solutions Engineering.

• Assist enterprise clients on their journey in cybersecurity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a client-facing position as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar role within the Cybersecurity domain.

• Comprehensive understanding of SaaS models and cybersecurity principles.

• An insatiable curiosity and a strong desire to learn.

• A natural talent for engaging and building rapport with individuals ranging from practitioners to executives.

• Exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational abilities.

• Previous experience working with Channel Partners in the EMEA region is highly advantageous.

• Experience in Technical Consulting, Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, DFIR, or a combination of these fields is highly desirable.

• Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CJCA, CDSA, CPTS, CEH, OSCP, or CISSP are greatly valued.

• Prior experience with the Hack The Box platform is a significant advantage.

• Ability to work fully remotely within the UK, hybrid from Athens, Greece, or remotely from any location in Europe through an EoR.
