Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with sales, product, and customer success teams to comprehend client requirements and customize solutions that address their specific needs.

• Designing and implementing solutions for cyber security risk management as well as cybersecurity asset attack surface management ecosystems.

• Assisting during presales activities, which includes configuring sandbox environments and refining solutions.

• Staying informed about emerging cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threats, and updating solutions accordingly.

• Delivering technical presentations, training sessions, and demonstrations to clients and internal teams.

• Engaging in the testing and validation of new products and solutions.

• Performing additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in a Solution Engineer position within the cybersecurity industry.

• Exceptional communication and consultation skills, capable of interacting efficiently with clients and internal teams.

• Ability to grasp client needs and deliver effective technical solutions.

• Knowledge and experience with security protocols, technologies, and standards.

• Strong project management capabilities and the ability to collaborate in a team setting.

• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and guiding effective prompting strategies of AI-enabled processes to enhance performance, efficiency, and decision-making across teams or functions.

• Solid knowledge in the cybersecurity domain.
