This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.
• Technical Qualification & Discovery: Partnering with the Account Executive to gain a comprehensive understanding of the prospect’s cloud infrastructure, FinOps maturity, cost management hurdles, and operational objectives through thorough technical discovery sessions with engineering, finance, and platform teams.
• Technical Validation & POV Leadership: Taking ownership of the technical validation and Proof of Value (POV) processes specifically for DoiT Cloud Intelligence. This involves meticulous preparation for POVs, proactive oversight, and ensuring successful technical outcomes, demonstrating clear value and alignment with the needs of prospects.
• Platform Demonstrations: Creating and presenting engaging and customized demonstrations of DoiT Cloud Intelligence, highlighting features such as cloud cost visibility, optimization insights, and operational intelligence across intricate multi-cloud environments.
• Business Case & ROI Development: Utilizing your expertise in cloud economics and FinOps to craft persuasive business cases and ROI analyses that clearly illustrate the financial and operational benefits of implementing DoiT Cloud Intelligence.
• Partner & Portfolio Motion Support (MSP, PE, SI): Aiding technical interactions with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Private Equity (PE) firms, and Systems Integrators (SIs) by demonstrating how DoiT Cloud Intelligence provides portfolio-level visibility, operational insights across various cloud environments, and scalable optimization strategies.
• DoiT Cloud Intelligence Expertise: Becoming the primary expert within the organization for DoiT Cloud Intelligence, ensuring that prospects and partners achieve optimal results and a smooth onboarding experience.
• Technical Win Ownership: Fully owning the technical success of DoiT Cloud Intelligence engagements, guiding prospects through the evaluation stages, addressing technical needs, and instilling confidence in the platform’s capacity to enhance cloud efficiency and operational insights.
• Event & Conference Presentations: Representing DoiT Cloud Intelligence at corporate events, webinars, and industry conferences, delivering captivating presentations and demonstrations that showcase the platform’s cloud intelligence and FinOps capabilities.
• Product Feedback and Customer Advocacy: Converting customer pain points, partner needs, and feature gaps into structured, technically sound feedback for product and engineering teams, contributing to the advancement of the Cloud Intelligence platform.
• Accurate, Timely Documentation: Ensuring prompt data entry into internal business support systems. Contributing to systems and tools that provide critical business information and metrics to highlight performance and effectiveness.
• Over 7 years of experience in a pre-Solution Engineering role within a B2B SaaS software company, targeting both enterprise and mid-market accounts.
• Familiarity with ITSM ecosystems and key solutions within them, such as Cloud Management tools, DataDog, Chef, Ansible, Puppet, New Relic, ServiceNow, and AlertLogic.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or equivalent cloud platforms, along with data center experience and knowledge of hypervisors like VMWare.
• Strong data analysis capabilities and the ability to navigate spreadsheets to identify trends, outliers, correlations, and reconciliation needs across extensive data sets.
• A solid understanding of cloud-centric architectures.
• Comfort in a metrics-driven environment, including reporting on and enhancing business performance against established monthly KPIs and metrics.
• Ability to simplify complex technological concepts for clear communication.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Intellectual curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Previous experience engaging with and presenting to executive-level prospects and customers.
• Familiarity with modern technical selling best practices and competitive selling environments, including the implementation of new or improved trial, demo, and RFP processes.
