Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Quickly design and implement client-facing solutions, which include Statements of Work (SOWs) and Bills of Material (BOMs).

• Work collaboratively with Sales and internal technical teams to interpret client needs.

• Engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and document assumptions.

• Collaborate with delivery and project teams to ensure that sales-scoped solutions are feasible.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Corsica’s service catalog, core technologies, and evolving offerings.

• Participate in the assessment of new products, services, and solution methodologies.

• Record time, activities, and progress in the PSA for transparency and accountability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of practical experience in IT, encompassing roles in engineering, systems, networking, cloud, security, or other related technical areas.

• Proven experience in supporting or leading pre-sales solution design, scoping, or consulting efforts.

• At least 4 years in a Solutions Engineer or a comparable position.

• Familiarity with Autotask CRM/PSA.
