Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Create specifications for software tools and systems to be implemented by delivery teams.

• Develop proof of concept systems using low-code platforms.

• Convert client requirements into comprehensive project plans and technical specifications for the Development department.

• Assist in defining systems and architectural standards under the mentorship of senior team members.

• Address technical incidents, issues, and queries that require solution design.

• Appropriately escalate complex issues while taking ownership of mid-complexity challenges.

• Identify and assess AI tools, including LLM APIs and automation frameworks, for both client and internal solutions.

• Work collaboratively with the internal AI team to translate capabilities into designs for clients.

• Partner with clients to recognize and implement intelligent automation and AI tools within customer workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of pertinent work experience.

• Capability to work autonomously with moderate guidance.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Experience in technical documentation and specification writing.

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript ES5.

• Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture principles.

• Familiarity with PaaS platforms.

• Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and CSS.

• Knowledge of configuration languages such as XML, JSON, and YAML.

• Experience with modeling techniques, including ERD, UML, and ad-hoc diagramming.

• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, including CI/CD practices.

• Basic knowledge of REST API design and GraphQL.

• Familiarity with distributed architectures and microservices concepts.

• Understanding of security architecture principles.

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts, including IAM and MDM.

• Familiarity with Enterprise Integration Patterns and EAI frameworks.
