Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with the Delivery team to grasp customer needs, you will be tasked with designing, developing, and implementing high-quality, error-free solutions.

• Enhance operations by delivering applicable solutions that utilize Cloud and Kubernetes architectures.

• Assume responsibility for issues related to developed solutions, particularly troubleshooting interactions between application code and cloud infrastructure.

• Provide demonstrated development expertise to create solutions for RightCrowd customers optimized for Docker and Kubernetes environments.

• Create APIs and services with a focus on scalability, security, and performance, employing service-driven design and microservices architecture suitable for deployment in AWS EKS or Azure AKS.

• Develop across full-stack technologies including C# and SQL, while managing the CI/CD pipelines necessary for deploying these web components and workflows.

• Ensure that developed solutions effectively leverage cloud systems (Azure/AWS).

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that span both the application layer and the container orchestration layer.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practice industry standards for cloud-native applications.

• Develop automated test cases to guarantee the quality and reliability of the codebase within a continuous integration environment.

• Contribute to technical designs and see them through the Agile development lifecycle, working within a Scrum-based process that emphasizes coding.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.

• Critical experience with cloud systems such as Azure or AWS.

• Proven experience in creating microservices and a solid understanding of Kubernetes (K8s) deployment strategies.

• Specialization in server-side software development with object-oriented programming, preferably with C# and .NET.

• Familiarity with JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS, and modern frameworks (e.g., ReactJS).

• Experience in building and integrating REST APIs and managing database systems, including SQL and/or NoSQL.

• Experience in developing automation test cases.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with Agile, SCRUM, and DevOps methodologies, actively engaging in a collaborative team environment.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
