This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In the role of Solutions Engineer at Ashby, you will be integral to our sales initiatives with DACH customers, collaborating closely with German-speaking Account Executives to achieve both technical and commercial success.
• Your aim with every customer is to demonstrate how Ashby addresses their specific needs and emphasize how our platform can revolutionize their hiring processes.
• You will be instrumental in DACH sales cycles, delivering tailored product demonstrations, organizing structured product trials, and managing thorough and insightful RFP responses.
• Achieving success in this position involves utilizing your discovery skills, demonstrating empathy for our customers, and leveraging your product knowledge to clearly convey the transformative effects Ashby can have on their operations.
• Assist in securing new high-profile accounts! Our clients have intricate and detailed requirements that you will systematically address to maintain deal momentum.
• Enhance our existing demo environments to create compelling narratives that highlight product capabilities.
• Develop repeatable processes to ensure the solutions engineering team operates efficiently as we scale.
• You have experience selling across various regions within EMEA and possess strong written and verbal proficiency in both English and German.
• You have served as a Sales Engineer / Solutions Consultant supporting intricate, multi-stakeholder SaaS sales cycles in a collaborative selling environment.
• You have engaged with HR or Talent teams, demonstrating a high level of empathy for their daily challenges—their struggles are our struggles.
• You have cultivated extensive product knowledge across a range of solutions and are recognized as a subject-matter expert among your peers.
• You have a passion for learning and can quickly connect the dots between new concepts, product features, and business outcomes.
• You exhibit mastery in clear communication, asking precise questions and listening for nuances in responses. You can explain complex ideas in straightforward terms and articulate the business impact of features.
• You are a builder—energized by tackling problems and discovering unique solutions, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You are skilled at creating and presenting customized demos that showcase a wide array of product functionalities, and you can adapt on the fly based on customer inquiries.
• You actively collaborate with AEs to share the workload in progressing deals toward commercial success.
• You act as a partner to the product organization, translating customer feedback into requirements that lead to product improvements.
• You'll have the time to execute tasks properly; we prioritize high-quality work and strive to avoid quick fixes whenever possible.
• Promote a product that genuinely excites our customers.
