Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Collect client requirements and convert them into precise technical specifications for system integrations.

• Design, develop, and uphold data transformation workflows along with API integrations.

• Offer pre-sales technical assistance through product demonstrations, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept.

• Diagnose and resolve integration and data-related issues to ensure successful go-live execution.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to manage technical dependencies and relay client feedback.

• Maintain close collaboration with the client team, adhering to the agreed scope, deliverables, and security protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing technical position, such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Integration Specialist.

• Practical experience with REST APIs.

• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with AI-driven tools, automation workflows, and solution design.

• Strong understanding of system integrations, data structures, and data modeling.

• Proficiency in the Arabic language is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Open to applications from candidates in Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, and Palestine.

• Must provide your own laptop and basic equipment.

• Ensure reliable internet connectivity and a secure working environment.

• Adhere to necessary security protocols, including two-factor authentication.
