📋 Description

• The Solutions Engineer – Agents & Automation is tasked with creating and implementing enterprise agent solutions utilizing Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Agent 365.

• This position emphasizes hands-on execution of both declarative and custom-engineered agents, integration with enterprise systems, and building governed, scalable environments for agent development and lifecycle management.

• Responsibilities include configuring Power Platform environments, developing both declarative and custom agents, and establishing scalable, governed architectures across Power Platform and Azure.

• The Solutions Engineer will also be accountable for converting designs into production-ready solutions, ensuring consistent and secure delivery, and enhancing reuse through established patterns.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of four years' experience in delivering solutions utilizing Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or other related Microsoft cloud technologies, with hands-on experience in AI or agent-based solutions.

• Practical experience in developing production agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio or Microsoft Foundry, including knowledge of first-party agent capabilities.

• Experience in designing or implementing declarative and embedded agents through the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Fx, and YAML.

• A robust understanding of agent architecture, governance, security, and lifecycle management using Microsoft Entra, Purview, Defender, and related services.

• Demonstrated ability to serve as a technical advisor and subject matter expert, influencing solution design and implementation choices across project teams.

• A broad interest or experience in applied AI concepts, including prompt design, evaluation, monitoring, and adherence to responsible AI practices.

• Familiarity with design-led or human-centered approaches relevant to technical solution design and workflow modeling.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, capable of translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the capability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
