Solutions Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, configure, and implement workflow automation solutions, business applications, and technical tools on Government-managed platforms such as SharePoint and Power Platform.

• Build, test, and deploy solutions in authorized Government environments, ensuring Government review and obtaining written authorization from the COR or designated Government technical representative prior to production deployment.

• Convert business and operational requirements into technical solution designs, configurations, and implementation strategies.

• Develop, configure, and maintain integrations, workflows, forms, and automations to address IHSC operational and Health IT program needs.

• Diagnose issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

• Assist in testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.

• Create and maintain solution documentation and user guidance.

• Support initiatives aimed at process automation and workflow optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing, developing, configuring, and deploying solutions within Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, or similar low-code/no-code enterprise platforms.

• Capability to translate business and operational requirements into technical solution designs, configurations, and implementation plans.

• Experience in developing and maintaining integrations, workflows, forms, and automations within authorized platforms.

• Background in troubleshooting, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing remediation within deployed solutions.

• Proficient in supporting testing, validation, and user acceptance activities, along with producing comprehensive solution documentation and user guidance.

• Ability to navigate Government oversight and approval processes, including securing written authorization before production deployment.

• Capacity to obtain and maintain a DHS/ICE fitness determination (public trust).

• Capability to execute a DHS Non-Disclosure Agreement.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Preferred experience in supporting DHS, ICE, IHSC, or other federal healthcare IT or EHR modernization programs.

• Desired experience with Power BI, Dataverse, and integration/automation across Microsoft 365 environments.

• Familiarity with data, integration, and security requirements for the deployment of enterprise solutions.

• Experience collaborating with business analysts, data engineers, and system owners on solution delivery.

• Relevant Microsoft Power Platform or SharePoint certifications are preferred.
