This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Solution Delivery Manager is tasked with overseeing the launch of new clients from the initial intake stage to the post-launch transition, guaranteeing that each implementation is executed on schedule, within defined parameters, and with a high level of operational excellence.
• Take ownership of the implementation journey from the first intake through to launch and the transition to stable Client Success management.
• Create and oversee detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, workflows, launch checklists, and readiness strategies.
• Ensure that all client launches are completed punctually, within scope, and in accordance with the established success criteria.
• Manage multiple client implementations concurrently while maintaining clarity on priorities, dependencies, risks, and subsequent steps.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to grasp client requirements, operational needs, and anticipated workflows.
• Assist in converting client objectives and contractual obligations into practical, scalable, and reproducible delivery methods.
• Facilitate coordination among Growth, Account Management, Client Success, Product, Clinical Operations, Data, Marketing, and other departments to assure launch readiness.
• Instill accountability within internal and external parties to guarantee the prompt completion of launch tasks.
• Actively eliminate obstacles, escalate risks, and assist teams in making informed decisions when priorities or timelines are in conflict.
• Conduct continuous risk evaluations to pinpoint potential launch setbacks, scope issues, operational deficiencies, and impacts on the downstream client experience.
• Maintain transparent and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, decisions, dependencies, and forthcoming milestones.
• Deliver executive-ready updates that succinctly summarize progress, challenges, risks, and decisions that need to be made.
• Ensure that internal teams and client stakeholders are adequately prepared for launch, covering aspects such as workflow readiness, operational transitions, reporting expectations, and support processes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency, minimize variability, and improve implementation quality across clients.
• 5–7 years of experience in project management, implementation, solution delivery, client delivery, or a relevant field; preferred experience in digital health, healthcare, SaaS, or high-growth startups.
• Proven track record of managing multiple complex client implementations or cross-functional projects at the same time.
• Strong client-facing presence, with experience in guiding discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Capability to function effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments while establishing structure, clarity, and forward momentum.
• Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle timelines, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Established ability to build trust and foster strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and senior stakeholders.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, including the confidence to make recommendations, recognize trade-offs, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Experience managing projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from intake and planning to execution, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in creating clear documentation, stakeholder updates, and executive summaries.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to leverage data, feedback, and implementation insights to enhance future delivery.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management software is preferred.
• A good sense of humor and the ability to remain calm, collaborative, and solutions-focused when changes occur in plans.
