Solutions Consultant – DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the Martech sector to assess prospects' objectives and needs, effectively conveying the value of Insider One's offerings.

• Interact with potential clients as a solution consultant and trusted advisor throughout the pre-sales phase.

• Contribute to the sales strategy by aligning prospects' needs and aspirations with Insider One's platform and products.

• Create tailored demonstrations and presentations, delivering them to both business and technical audiences.

• Lead internal efforts to address the technical components of RFIs/RFPs.

• Stay informed about the product roadmap and new features, sharing market insights with the Product Management Team.

• Ensure a seamless transition for new clients to the Insider One Customer Success Team for a smooth onboarding process.

• Assist the sales team in preparing customized decks and use cases as needed and requested.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (Sales Engineer / Solutions Consultant / Solutions Engineer) or in other positions requiring a strong combination of technical and client-facing skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, focused on capturing requirements and use cases, developing solutions, and articulating business value.

• Proven success in selling SaaS applications within complex enterprise environments.

• Technical knowledge of SaaS solutions, architecture, and contemporary business applications, including development frameworks (Web & App) and integrations (APIs).

• Capability to coordinate diverse parties with varying backgrounds to address business and technical challenges.

• Self-motivated, adept at multitasking, and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in the team's sales process execution.
