Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales representatives and account team members to finalize deals, organize customer engagements, align subsequent steps, and advance pipelines.

• Conduct regular deal evaluations with Sales to pinpoint gaps, refine strategies, and push opportunities forward.

• Establish strong relationships with customer stakeholders through consistent, value-oriented interactions and productive meetings.

• Provide tailored product demonstrations that correspond with customer requirements, use cases, and methodologies.

• Implement Proof of Concept and Proof of Value initiatives based on defined success criteria.

• Suggest suitable solutions and configuration recommendations that align with customer needs and scenarios.

• Address product, feature, and competitive objections in typical deal situations.

• Gain a solid understanding of the UserTesting ecosystem, including its features, integrations, and qualitative methodologies.

• Utilize experience-research fundamentals in customer discussions and solution positioning.

• Enhance awareness of customer industries, use cases, and challenges.

• Work in conjunction with Customer Success, Product, and other teams to facilitate deal success and share customer insights.

• Provide insights, deal experiences, and best practices to the team.

• Assist in the onboarding of new team members as a peer mentor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in solution consulting or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in supporting deal cycles and delivering presentations to customers.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Basic understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.

• Capability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
