Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Adapt and understand various methods of delivering technology solutions to clients, such as agile and waterfall methodologies.

• Grasp intricate business processes effectively.

• Develop comprehensive process maps in real-time during interactions with clients on projects.

• Engage in both direct and indirect communication with clients, which includes virtual meetings, emails, and any potential face-to-face interactions.

• For assigned client projects, create necessary documentation and training materials.

• Assist clients with their testing initiatives.

• Provide mentorship and training to members of the client's team as needed.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to collect requirements and translate them into epics, stories, tasks, and other pertinent documentation as required.

• Appropriately escalate issues to the relevant resources.

• Adhere to the project’s Statement of Work, break down work into tasks, and manage effort levels and deadlines.

• Navigate challenging discussions, guide client decisions, manage objections, and direct engagement as necessary.

• Ensure that all internal management systems are kept current regarding assigned projects, including those for timesheets, status updates, forecasting, and invoicing.

• Contribute to internal company initiatives such as sales engineering, project scoping, demonstrations, internal development priorities, and research.

• Collaborate with the Technical Account Manager and Customer Success Managers to pursue expansion and additional revenue opportunities within their client portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience with the Quickbase platform is required.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Quickbase application or realm administrator is essential.

• Quickbase, Workato, and Pipefy certifications must be obtained within 1-3 months of employment; the level of certification and time allotted will depend on seniority.

• At the time of hire, applicants must possess one or more current certifications: Quickbase certifications such as App Builder, Expert Builder, Pipelines Builder, Pipefy certification in Process Management, and Workato certifications Pro 1, Pro 2, or Pro 3.

• Knowledge of database architecture design and relational database design is necessary.

• Proven experience with Webhooks and APIs is required.

• Familiarity with one or more programming languages (JavaScript, Ruby, Python, etc.) is preferred.

• Understanding of system governance is advantageous.

• Strong experience in data analysis and modeling is essential.

• Experience working with cloud-based business solutions is required.

• Advanced skills in Excel are necessary.

• Candidates must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
