This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations, conferences, workshops, and seminars focused on LINQ solutions and the enterprise narrative.
• Assist in sales development and discovery to gain insight into potential client requirements.
• Utilize advanced storytelling techniques to effectively convey LINQ’s value proposition.
• Aid in closing sales opportunities by showcasing expertise in solutions, services, and training.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on messaging strategies.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of various LINQ platform solutions.
• Work alongside Product and Product Marketing to keep competitive battlecards, differentiators, and Nutrition value positioning updated.
• Convert RFPs, including competitor responses obtained via FOIA, into technical and functional checklists for Product.
• Provide feedback from the field to Development regarding enhancements, shifts in functionality, and emerging district needs.
• Partner with Product and Marketing during product launches and the development of sales enablement resources.
• Contribute field-based insights to validate sales forecasts.
• Support the execution of sales methodologies and the development of opportunity strategies.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and assist in the final production, including executive summaries.
• Address intricate inquiries from both existing and potential clients.
• Facilitate the transition of customers from Sales to Services following complex sales.
• Assist with implementation, support, and customer retention, especially for accounts at risk.
• Help present roadmap updates and empower Customer Success Managers regarding upcoming features.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Experience in Nutrition and Payments software, integrating technical skills, business acumen, enterprise reporting, and project management abilities.
• Capability to swiftly learn new technologies and software across various domains of school business software.
• Proficient in delivering impactful visionary presentations that engage audiences through storytelling and technology tools.
• Previous experience in presales, consulting, or training related to Nutrition, Payments, and/or Technology.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
• Exceptional skills in cross-group collaboration and general management.
• Familiarity with K-12 regulatory and compliance issues, including FERPA and COPPA, as they pertain to school nutrition operations and data management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Slack.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%, sometimes on short notice.
