This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Provide customized product demonstrations tailored to Sales qualifications and potential use cases.
• Assess solution fit using a ranking system of Green / Yellow / Red / NA to guide Sales investments.
• Organize and conduct in-platform free trials accompanied by coaching sessions.
• Address technical inquiries and identify potential obstacles early on.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Immersive platform and competing technologies.
• Facilitate kick-off sessions and manage customer onboarding within the first 60 days.
• Offer basic integration guidance utilizing documentation and standard connectors.
• Direct deeper technical requirements to the Support team.
• Conduct check-ins and coaching sessions during the first and second months.
• Present webinars, workshops, and Cyber Digital Bootcamps.
• Assist in transitioning Standard customers to the Immersive One Core platform.
• Contribute to the development of repeatable enablement content and self-service resources.
• Reconnect on expansion opportunities through demonstrations and trial coaching.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives and Customer Operations.
• Advocate for the customer perspective to product, content, and engineering teams.
• Stay updated on emerging threats, AI developments, trends, and new technologies.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, technical onboarding, or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience in the cybersecurity field is crucial.
• Ideally, experience in SaaS or cybersecurity environments.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of work across multiple accounts.
• Capable of executing repeatable processes within strict time constraints.
• Strong presentation skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences, including webinars and bootcamps.
• Ability to quickly assess and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in conveying technical concepts clearly and avoiding jargon.
• Solid understanding of IT fundamentals, including computer hardware/software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
• Familiarity with information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards.
• Experience in delivering onboarding, enablement, or large-scale sessions.
• Awareness of product-led growth (PLG) or digitally-led customer initiatives.
• Practical experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, security tools, and public cloud environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
