This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Provide customized product demonstrations tailored to Sales qualifications and prospective use cases.
• Assess solution compatibility as Green, Yellow, Red, or NA to inform Sales investment decisions.
• Organize and facilitate in-platform free trials along with coaching sessions.
• Address technical inquiries and identify obstacles at an early stage.
• Keep updated on the Immersive platform and competitor technologies.
• Conduct kick-off sessions and structured onboarding for new clients within the initial 60 days.
• Offer light integration guidance utilizing documentation and standard connectors.
• Direct more complex technical requirements to the Support team.
• Perform check-ins and coaching sessions during the first and second months.
• Host webinars, workshops, and Cyber Digital Bootcamps to enhance user adoption.
• Assist in migrating Standard customers to the Immersive One Core platform.
• Contribute to the development of repeatable enablement content and self-service resources.
• Reconnect on expansion opportunities through demonstrations and trial coaching.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives and Customer Operations teams.
• Advocate for the customer perspective within Product, Content, and Engineering teams.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging threats, AI developments, trends, and technologies.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, technical onboarding, or a customer-facing technical role.
• Proven experience in the cybersecurity sector is essential.
• Ideal candidates will have SaaS or cybersecurity experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of work across multiple accounts effectively.
• Confident in presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences, including during webinars and bootcamps.
• Capable of quickly qualifying and prioritizing tasks.
• Skilled at conveying technical concepts clearly and without jargon.
• Strong understanding of IT fundamentals, including computer hardware/software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
• Familiarity with information security principles, domains, compliance, and standards.
• Experience in delivering onboarding, enablement, or one-to-many sessions at scale.
• Knowledge of product-led growth or digitally-driven customer engagement strategies.
• Practical experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM, and public cloud environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Must possess the right to work in the region without requiring sponsorship.
