This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Foster enduring relationships with customers.
• Act as the primary contact for clients regarding business process analysis, software setup, configuration, training, and client management.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, collaborative workshops, and stakeholder interviews to gather and document capital planning requirements.
• Create and oversee project plans, milestones, stakeholder communications, and strategies for risk mitigation.
• Formulate project plans, lead meetings and reporting efforts, follow up on tasks, recognize risks and develop contingency strategies, ensuring resources remain aligned with priorities, timelines, and budgets.
• Assist clients in adjusting processes to enhance product return on investment (ROI).
• Spearhead core and transactional data migration initiatives, including data mapping, importing, and conducting error/warning analyses.
• Draft agendas, document project progress, track action items, create process flows, and generate reports.
• Educate customers on effectively operating their solutions and capital planning processes.
• Lay the groundwork for customer success post-engagement.
• Support presales needs analysis and establish project scope/pricing.
• Identify opportunities for change requests and promote additional resources/services.
• Maintain product knowledge and implement best practices to help customers achieve their objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Gordian's project methodology and utilize Fortive Business System tools.
• Monitor billable project hours, time, expenses, revenue forecasts, and resource projections.
• Achieve 70–80% of billable hours.
• Travel 25%–40% for face-to-face customer engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in facilities and data analytics.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in translating customer business needs into effective business solutions and presenting these solutions to stakeholders.
• Skilled in facilitating workshops, collecting requirements, comprehending client processes, and integrating software with operational workflows.
• Proficient throughout the client software implementation lifecycle, including needs analysis, project management, configuration, onsite training, troubleshooting, and account oversight.
• Experience in implementing software, providing client support, managing multiple accounts, estimating project effort, and delivering projects within time and budget constraints.
• In-depth understanding of data manipulation and analysis for migrations and reporting/visualization purposes.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while managing workload and schedules effectively.
• Experience in managing timelines, creating and executing project plans, and achieving billable utilization goals.
• Self-driven learner with a continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including delivering presentations to an audience.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of fulfilling commitments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on solutions.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of a major international airport.
• Highly preferred, but not mandatory: experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Facilities Management.
• Highly preferred, but not mandatory: knowledge of SQL, SSIS, or similar data manipulation and workflow tools.
• Highly preferred, but not mandatory: experience in providing technical or software training.
