Solutions Architect – MFG

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Develop and guide the technical strategy for Databricks' most significant enterprise accounts alongside the Enterprise Account Executive.

• Foster extensive product utilization and promote a deeper integration of ML and AI solutions.

• Collaborate with hands-on resources to create proofs of concept and showcase Databricks offerings.

• Act as the primary technical representative for various clients.

• Assist customers in assessing and incorporating Databricks into their strategic framework.

• Execute account-specific technical strategies and articulate their business advantages.

• Cultivate a network of technical advocates within customer organizations.

• Align technical strategies with Databricks' solutions.

• Provide structured guidance and mentorship to fellow team members.

• Deliver persuasive arguments to key decision-makers.

• Establish and lead virtual teams to achieve success within client accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Seasoned pre-sales expert with a successful history of enabling large enterprises to become more data-driven.

• Proven experience in forming virtual teams and leading them to achieve success within accounts.

• Background in managing very large accounts with revenues exceeding $1 million ARR.

• Experience working with global accounts.

• Proficiency in building relationships with executives and key influencers both internally and with clients.

• Technical expertise in data engineering, cloud data warehousing, and/or data science.

• Capability in data-driven business transformation and promoting change through data.

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, Scala, or Java.

• Experience conducting live/vibe coding sessions with stakeholders.

• Databricks Certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
