📋 Description

• Define and guide the technical strategy for Databricks’ largest and most critical enterprise accounts in collaboration with the Enterprise Account Executive.

• Act as the primary technical representative for several clients.

• Guide customers through transformative processes to assess and implement Databricks solutions.

• Execute technical strategies for account management.

• Cultivate a network of technical advocates within customer organizations.

• Align technical initiatives with Databricks offerings.

• Establish and lead virtual teams within customer accounts.

• Build relationships with executives and key influencers.

• Deliver persuasive viewpoints to crucial decision-makers.

• Offer structured mentorship to fellow team members.

• Foster widespread adoption and deeper utilization of ML and AI technologies.

• Travel to customer sites in the region up to 30% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven pre-sales professional with a successful history of assisting large enterprises in becoming more data-driven.

• Experience managing very large global accounts (>$1M ARR).

• Technical proficiency in big data, data science, and cloud technologies.

• Capability to drive business transformation and change through data.

• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.

• Skilled in establishing and leading virtual teams to achieve success within accounts.

• Ability to foster relationships with executives and key influencers.

• Competence in presenting convincing arguments to significant decision-makers.

• 8+ years of relevant experience.

• Willingness to travel to customers in the region up to 30% of the time.

• Databricks Certification is a plus.
