This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Reporting to the Director of Solutions & Customer Success.
• Collaborate with account executives to comprehend client challenges, operational objectives, and strategic goals, translating these into customized Factbird solutions.
• Conduct on-site and remote assessments and process analyses for prospective clients, pinpointing areas where Factbird can facilitate measurable improvements.
• Provide engaging, solution-oriented demonstrations and presentations that effectively communicate Factbird's value proposition to both operational and executive audiences.
• Swiftly create compelling business cases, including ROI models, cash flow projections, and breakeven analyses, based on actual operational impact rather than mere feature lists.
• Implement and guide customers in using Factbird's software during the trial phase to enhance trial-to-conversion rates.
• Manage the assessment-to-proposal narrative, align stakeholders on success criteria, and mitigate deal risks through clear value confirmation.
• Partner with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, ranging from frontline operators to senior plant management.
• Serve as the liaison between sales, technical, and product teams, maintaining solution standards across the organization.
• Continuously enhance expertise in manufacturing best practices, productivity methodologies, and industry-specific requirements in the Benelux region.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, continuous improvement coaching, operations consulting, or solutions consulting.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• A proven history of fostering behavioral and cultural change within manufacturing settings.
• Strong grasp of production KPIs, including OEE, downtime, throughput, quality, and other related metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to craft business cases and ROI models for operational enhancement initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or other similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Comfort in working with digital systems, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Previous experience as a plant manager, CI lead, or operations consultant is highly preferred.
• A BA or BS in a relevant field such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Organizational Leadership, Supply Chain Management, or Business Management.
