This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as a trusted consultant by aligning intricate customer workloads with NVIDIA's technology offerings.
• Collaborate in designing scalable architectures alongside VMware, establishing technical direction, integration milestones, and deployment strategies.
• Create, validate, and support solutions to ensure success for customers and partners.
• Identify discrepancies between VMware requirements and NVIDIA products, and relay insights to product and engineering teams.
• Lead technical discussions, resolve complex challenges, and advocate for the technical needs of customers.
• Promote technical enablement and the adoption of NVIDIA SDKs, frameworks, and systems.
• Collaborate across teams to guarantee successful deployment and ongoing enhancement of NVIDIA solutions.
• Work with the VMware/Broadcom alliance team on joint validation efforts, reference architectures, and feedback on the roadmap.
• Enable vGPU Compute for AI inference, LLM routing, accelerated data science, and agentic AI workloads.
• Assist in virtualization and workload management on NVIDIA hardware in collaboration with Red Hat, SUSE, Nutanix, and other ecosystem partners.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of professional experience in software/hardware engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management.
• 3-5+ years of direct, practical experience in virtualization or virtual desktop infrastructure.
• Extensive technical knowledge in vGPU profiles, Multi-Instance GPU (MIG), GPU passthrough, VM sizing and density, and hypervisor-based delivery.
• Proven history of driving product integrations and contributing to software and hardware platforms, systems, and libraries.
• Strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to C-level executives.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a keen intellectual curiosity.
• Experience in designing, validating, and implementing GPU-accelerated visualization, compute, or AI solutions in virtualized and containerized settings.
• Knowledge of container orchestration integration with VMware Tanzu, Red Hat OpenShift, or upstream Kubernetes, including operations of the NVIDIA GPU Operator.
• Familiarity with Nutanix, Red Hat/OpenShift, Hyper-V, or KVM environments.
