Solutions Architect – Technical Team Lead, AWS, Python, AI/LLM, Terraform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design and implement cloud-native architectures on AWS across various projects, ensuring both scalability and security from the outset.

• Lead engineering teams (Data Science, Development, Cloud, AI) in diverse sectors such as Healthtech, Media, or AI transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with the CEO/CTO on technical discovery, effort estimation, and the creation of solution architecture diagrams for prospective clients.

• Establish strategies for agentic workflows, RAG implementations, and MCP-based integrations.

• Perform code reviews, uphold engineering best practices, and conduct technical interviews to assess talent as the team expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–6+ years of demonstrated experience in Team Lead and Solutions Architect positions, with a proven ability to guide cross-functional teams through the entire SDLC.

• 2–3+ years of practical experience in AI projects, encompassing LLM ecosystems (OpenAI, Anthropic), orchestrators (LangChain / LangGraph), and RAG architectures.

• Expert-level proficiency in AWS, including Lambda, S3, API Gateway, ECS/Fargate, SQS, Cognito, and more.

• Must possess AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent).

• Advanced skills in Terraform (modules, remote state, multi-environment) and strong experience in Docker containerization, including CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions.

• Strong proficiency in Python for pipelines, API development, and data processing tasks.

• Experience with Vector Databases, including index design, metadata schemas, and hybrid search functionalities.

• Excellent English communication skills, capable of engaging effectively in both executive discussions and technical deep-dives.
