This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.
β’ Designing and enhancing the architecture, systems, and data frameworks that support Global Payments' SMB Marketing ecosystem.
β’ Developing comprehensive marketing solutions for executing campaigns from start to finish.
β’ Overseeing integration needs across CRM, marketing automation, CDP, analytics, and other marketing technology data platforms.
β’ Setting standards for campaign tracking, tagging, and attribution processes.
β’ Converting business and campaign needs into detailed technical specifications.
β’ Defining and upholding standards for data quality, system usage, and integration practices.
β’ Identifying and resolving intricate technical challenges related to data flow, system integrations, tracking, and lead management.
β’ A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline; equivalent experience is also acceptable.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in marketing technology, data architecture, or systems integration.
β’ Advanced expertise with marketing platforms including Salesforce CRM, Marketo/Pardot, CDPs, paid media platforms, GTM & attribution tools, and analytics tools, as well as ETL/integration platforms.
β’ Strong comprehension of data architecture, data modeling, and system integrations.
β’ Demonstrated history of designing and implementing scalable marketing technology solutions.
β’ Experience collaborating with enterprise data teams, BI, and engineering departments.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
β’ Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for business stakeholders.
