This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +5 more states.
• Identify and assess new business prospects in North America.
• Develop and oversee a client pipeline across various sectors.
• Actively engage with potential clients through outbound methods (email, calls, social media).
• Facilitate discovery and qualification discussions.
• Collaborate with leadership to finalize deals.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and client meetings (travel required approximately 40% of the time).
• Over 5 years of experience in sales or business development within consulting/services-oriented settings.
• Demonstrated capability to independently prospect, engage, and qualify leads.
• Background in selling technology services and managing client negotiations.
• Highly driven, results-oriented, and receptive to coaching.
• Comfortable working autonomously without close supervision.
• Open to traveling for client meetings and events.
