Solutions Architect – .NET, AI SDLC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Designing system architecture and solutions that support the AI SDLC process in collaboration with engineering teams.

• Creating and enhancing solutions using Generative AI tools and techniques to improve Delivery, particularly in software development processes.

• Advising clients on selecting cloud solutions while considering security, costs, performance, and scalability.

• Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

• Providing technological and architectural consulting in the design of AI solutions, taking into account costs, risks, and business value.

• Incorporating AI capabilities into architecture design and technological decision-making.

• Supporting the adoption of AI tools within the team and process.

• Representing Future Processing as an expert and technical consultant in client interactions.

• Utilizing AI in daily tasks—from analysis and design to code development, code reviews, testing, and software deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in the IT field.

• At least 1 year of experience as a tech lead or solutions architect.

• Extensive knowledge of .NET.

• Practical knowledge of AWS, including architecture design, service selection, cost considerations, and security aspects.

• Experience in software development within an automated, AI-assisted SDLC encompassing development, testing, and CI/CD.

• Commercial experience with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and other popular MCP tools.

• Experience in designing and implementing AI-based systems, including RAG, semantic search, AI workflows, and both single- and multi-agent AI systems.

• Strong understanding of autonomous AI agent design and systems capable of autonomous software development, including task orchestration, quality control, validation, and decision-making within the SDLC.

• Knowledge of application and systems architecture.

• Ability to articulate complex technical subjects into clear business value.

• Proficient communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.

• Proficiency in the English language at a C1 level.

• Willingness to travel for business and client engagements.

• 140 - 210 zł/h netto + VAT (B2B).

• 17,000 - 25,400 zł brutto (UoP).
