Solutions Architect – Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Interact with clients to comprehend their needs and recommend suitable solution architectures.

• Partner with Product Managers to guarantee alignment between client requirements and solution design.

• Collaborate closely with Delivery Managers to supervise the architectural approach during solution implementation.

• Investigate possibilities and innovative alternatives to pinpoint effective solutions.

• Ensure that developed solutions are executed in accordance with client expectations and company standards.

• Aid in identifying, specifying, and selecting off-the-shelf components that fulfill client requirements.

• Offer continuous support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process.

• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance solutions continuously.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in solution architecture design and delivery roles within the insurance sector, with exposure to various lines of business.

• Experience in delivering cloud-based technology product solutions within an enterprise setting.

• Capability to assist in defining and socializing a product/enterprise roadmap.

• Ability to convert client requirements into actionable steps and solution architectures.

• Knowledge of business architecture models and patterns.

• Experience in designing and implementing innovative solutions for business challenges.

• Understanding of optimal methodologies for highly available and scalable cloud-based applications.

• Experience in designing solutions for relational database and NoSQL environments.

• Experience in designing for API- and microservices-centric environments.

• Proven ability to self-learn new technology trends and methodologies.

• Ideally, experience or knowledge of the benefits of low-code platforms.

• Familiarity with multiple programming languages and various database engines is advantageous.

• Exposure to concepts of authentication and authorization, including SSO, SAML integration, and identity federation.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to discuss solution strategies and enterprise roadmaps with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from client CxOs to project teams.

• Strong analytical skills and the capacity to understand and gather business requirements from corporate clients.

• Ability to develop value propositions, solution documents, and occasionally, business cases for corporate clients.

• Experience in relationship management with corporate clients.

• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Excellent decision-making and judgment capabilities.

• Understanding of insurance business processes across all areas and at least two lines of business.

• Proactive planning and organized approaches to work.

• Architecture certification such as TOGAF or Zachman is a significant advantage.

• Cloud-environment certification is a significant advantage, along with broad knowledge of the platform’s capabilities.

• High proficiency in English as the primary language.
