Solutions Architect I

📋 Description

• Work alongside the global solutions architecture team to effectively convey the technical advantages of Oxygen Forensics products and solutions to prospective clients.

• Aid in the preparation and presentation of virtual and in-person product demonstrations to highlight the benefits and features of our offerings.

• Deliver pre and post-sale technical expertise to customers throughout the sales and implementation phases.

• Assist the team in providing remote and on-site services, helping clients with the implementation and utilization of our products.

• Collaborate closely with senior solutions architects to develop and enhance sales strategies and methods tailored for the regional market.

• Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and support, to ensure the seamless execution of business objectives.

• Commit to continuous learning and staying informed about emerging technical trends and competitive challenges in the digital forensics and cybersecurity sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field).

• A keen interest in digital forensics, cybersecurity, or related industries.

• Exceptional English communication and presentation skills to effectively present technical information to clients.

• Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally internationally, as needed for on-site service delivery.

• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed team environment.

• Basic understanding of technical tools and platforms that support sales initiatives is advantageous.

• Experience in law enforcement or a similar background is a plus.
