Solutions Architect, Documentation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop documentation that meets the standards of the AWS Competency and Service Delivery Program, utilizing project and architectural details provided by the delivery team.

• Create technical validation write-ups, architecture diagrams, and case study documentation required by AWS for Competency and Partner Program evaluations.

• Leverage AI tools to expedite the drafting process, while ensuring the accuracy and readiness of the final document for review.

• Maintain consistent documentation format and quality across various engagements and competencies.

• Identify and highlight gaps in project details when they are inadequate for producing audit-ready documentation.

• Adhere to fixed deadlines associated with Partner Program renewals and review cycles.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in technical documentation, solutions architecture, or a related AWS-focused position.

• Proficient understanding of AWS services and architectural concepts—sufficient to read and accurately document a design.

• Exceptional technical writing abilities; capable of transforming raw project information into a coherent document for external reviewers.

• Familiarity with diagramming tools (such as draw.io, Lucidchart, or similar) for creating architecture diagrams.

• Comfortable integrating AI tools into the documentation process, while ensuring the accuracy of content verified independently.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines autonomously.
