Solutions Architect – D365 F&O

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design a scalable and secure ERP architecture within a complex, multi-region setting.

• Align the capabilities of the D365 platform with the goals of the organization.

• Lead comprehensive architectural planning, encompassing data flows, integrations, system connectivity, and the distinction between global and country-specific requirements.

• Collaborate with implementation specialists, business process leaders, developers, and global business stakeholders to convert requirements into architectural decisions.

• Provide guidance on the integration of third-party ISVs with the enterprise architecture.

• Offer technical leadership during the implementation phase, which includes code reviews, design standards, and governance.

• Assess new features and oversee platform upgrades.

• Act as the top-level escalation point for intricate technical issues.

• Expect to travel around 4 weeks per year to global locations for go-lives, critical issue resolution, and collaboration with regional teams.

• Advocate for best practices in system performance, security, and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of progressive experience in ERP architecture, design, development, and optimization.

• More than 5 years of hands-on architectural experience specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, encompassing Finance and Operations.

• Comprehensive functional coverage of F&O, including procurement, sales, finance, and manufacturing.

• Experience with ISV integrations and large-scale, multi-country implementations.

• Strong understanding of multi-system data flows in intricate, global environments.

• Proven track record of translating business requirements into technical strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are required.

• Preference for candidates with Enterprise Architecture certifications.

• Experience with global ERP rollouts involving teams or end users across multiple countries or regions is strongly preferred.

• Ability to work across cultural boundaries and effectively collaborate with developers, business process leaders, and executive stakeholders from various countries and cultures.
