Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in designing and implementing solutions based on Optimizely across both Content Cloud (CMS) and Commerce Cloud.

• Stay actively involved by coding critical components while emphasizing system architecture and providing team leadership.

• Direct the technical design for Optimizely CMS/Commerce implementations, establishing architectural patterns and integration strategies.

• Balance overarching design with practical coding by developing essential components and prototypes.

• Provide leadership in delivery for a blended onshore/offshore development team, offering mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.

• Engage actively in project planning and oversee estimation processes, spearheading technical discussions during Scrum ceremonies.

• Act as a primary technical liaison for clients, converting business requirements into Optimizely solutions.

• Advocate for best practices and contemporary methodologies, implementing DevOps and CI/CD processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in .NET development: Over 7 years of hands-on expertise in building modern web applications using C# and .NET (ASP.NET MVC and/or .NET Core/5/6).

• Demonstrated experience in delivering Optimizely Content Cloud (CMS) and Optimizely Commerce Cloud solutions.

• Previous roles as a tech lead or senior developer on enterprise-level projects.

• Capability to design scalable, modular systems and integrate various components or services.

• Experience in deploying and managing applications within a cloud environment.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• A self-motivated and proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
