Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the methodology of process improvement and implementation, aiming to guide customers to realize value in the most efficient manner.

• Provide strategic insights related to API integration, serving as the optimal approach for managing and delivering Automation and Workflow solutions for our clients.

• Take responsibility for the decisions you advocate and demonstrate expertise in the implementation of the proposed solutions.

• Conduct analyses of business processes, needs assessments, and initial cost/benefit analyses to ensure technology solutions are aligned with business goals.

• Collaborate with users to identify and analyze issues, determining the most suitable technical, application, or configuration solutions.

• Assist in the development, documentation, and management of the requirements gathering process, providing detailed design and business processes that support the requirements throughout the project life cycle, including change control.

• Review system test plans and applications to guarantee successful testing cycles.

• Collaborate with end-users to select or create relevant scenarios for testing implemented solutions to verify alignment with shared requirements.

• Act as both a functional and technical resource for the project team, establishing Level of Effort (LOE) and duration estimates for projects.

• Establish best practices for architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or an equivalent level of practical experience.

• A minimum of five years of experience in business analysis and consulting, particularly within large corporations, focusing on enterprise software implementation and change management.

• A minimum of five years of experience in designing and implementing client-facing solutions.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
