⛳️ Requirements

• Solid technical foundation in software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or developer tools.

• Background in customer-facing technical positions such as Solution Architect, Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Enterprise Architect, or related roles.

• Capability to engage hands-on with engineering teams while also functioning strategically with technical leadership.

• Comprehensive understanding of developer workflows, SDLC tools, integrations, CI/CD systems, governance, and enterprise engineering contexts.

• Exceptional communication abilities, with the skill to articulate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and executive audiences.

• Strong intuition regarding workflow design, adoption strategies, and facilitating workflow changes within engineering teams.

• High level of ownership, robust execution capabilities, and comfort working in dynamic environments with uncertainty.

• Enthusiasm for developer tools and a strong belief in how AI will transform software engineering.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
