Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage and collaborate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of technological solutions alongside assigned Agile teams.

• Partner with domain leadership and enterprise architects to comprehend business drivers and capabilities, leading to effective solution designs.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to express the value and trade-offs associated with various solution options.

• Contribute to the establishment of enterprise architecture standards and assess delivered solutions for quality and compliance.

• Work closely with stakeholders during Agile team ceremonies.

• Create, enhance, and refine conceptual, logical, and physical solution architecture for strategic initiatives.

• Investigate and identify the impacts of existing, new, and emerging technologies and trends.

• Take part in governance activities.

• Analyze and resolve domain-specific architecture challenges alongside subject matter experts.

• Support enterprise and solution architects with interdependent product architecture.

• Utilize existing technology resources through collaboration.

• Comply with company risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls; escalate risk-related matters as necessary.

• Advocate for diversity and uphold the Bank's brand.

• Maintain internal control standards and implement audit and regulatory recommendations.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree coupled with 5 years of relevant work experience, or alternatively, a combined total of 9 years of higher education and/or relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages.

• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders at different organizational levels.

• Background in software or service engineering and delivery.

• Capability to research and apply modern technology trends relevant to technology initiatives.

• Skill in researching, evaluating, and articulating multiple approaches to addressing technical problems.

• Experience in developing and integrating applications using relevant software architecture principles and patterns.
