Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients through email and video calls.

• Develop impactful boards and dashboards on Monday.com.

• Enhance and troubleshoot client systems effectively.

• Create Loom videos to clarify system logic and modifications.

• Document workflows and work collaboratively with team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Interact directly with clients through email, Google Meet, and Loom updates.

• Lead and actively participate in client calls with confidence and clarity.

• Convert business processes into functional Monday.com boards, automations, and dashboards.

• Continuously refine existing systems as client requirements change.

• Address issues calmly and professionally.

• Respond to client inquiries and concerns with assurance and accountability.

• Produce Loom videos to clarify changes, decisions, and system logic.

• Maintain clear and consistent documentation of work.

• Collaborate closely with internal teammates and implementation leads.

• Preferred: Experience with tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.

• Background in operations, process enhancement, or systems design.

• Familiarity with automations, integrations, or basic development tasks.

• Essential Requirement: Proven ability to comprehend, manage, and optimize complex systems over time.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a consistent application of logic and pattern recognition.

• High standards for organization, accuracy, and structured workflows.

• Clear ability to articulate processes and systems in a manner that instills confidence in others.

• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning with measurable improvement over time.

• Strong strategic thinking abilities and comfort in systems-driven environments.

• Industry/Tools Experience: Microsoft Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, Planner).
