Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives to assess and qualify opportunities.

• Facilitate technical discovery through engaging whiteboarding sessions.

• Create advanced Proof of Concepts (POCs) that showcase the value of Bright Data's offerings.

• Oversee technical implementations, ensuring smooth integration into client systems.

• Conduct regular technical reviews to spot optimization possibilities and reveal new use cases.

• Guide customers from basic usage to advanced architectural adoption.

• Serve as a feedback conduit for Product and Engineering teams.

• Convert field requirements into actionable product features.

• Manage feature delivery to guarantee that outputs meet customer expectations.

• Facilitate workshops.

• Document use cases and "gold standard" solutions for both internal and wider community dissemination.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a senior technical client-facing capacity (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant) within the SaaS, Cloud, or Data sectors.

• Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js.

• Comprehensive understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS, HTTP protocols, and networking).

• Practical experience with modern headless browsing frameworks such as Puppeteer, Playwright, or Selenium.

• Demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders while also being comfortable working closely with developers.

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment; proactive, organized, and adept at managing multiple high-priority projects concurrently.
