This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as the main technical expert for EMEA prospects and clients
• Take ownership of technical evaluations during the pre-sales phase
• Oversee customer onboarding and implementation processes
• Handle EMEA Zendesk support inquiries during GMT/BST business hours
• Provide Addigy's ProServ programs to EMEA clients requiring advanced technical support
• Function as a reliable technical advisor for EMEA customers throughout their journey
• 5–7 years of experience in Apple MDM, MSP settings, or technical consulting
• Extensive knowledge of MDM protocols, Apple Business Manager (ABM), Apple School Manager (ASM), APNS, DEP, SSO, SCEP, and Conditional Access integrations
• Hands-on experience with Bash, zShell, Python, and REST APIs for device management tasks
• Comprehension of MSP multi-tenant deployments and mid-market IT environments
• Proficient in Salesforce, ChurnZero, and Zendesk
• Knowledge of EU IT infrastructure standards and GDPR considerations is advantageous
