Solutions Architect – Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Create, prototype, and develop secure, scalable, and compliant full-stack solutions utilizing Next.js and contemporary development methodologies.

• Actively engage with the codebase, prioritizing architectural integrity while maintaining a focus on practical, delivery-oriented execution.

• Integrate SOX and other compliance standards directly into system architecture, data models, workflows, and application code from the outset.

• Design and execute agentic workflows and AI-augmented features, utilizing AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor to enhance developer productivity and system capabilities.

• Architect, tailor, and expand headless content management systems, preferably with hands-on experience in Payload CMS.

• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to ensure technical feasibility and precise translation of Figma designs into high-quality user interfaces.

• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, establishing coding standards, offering architectural guidance, and delivering hands-on mentorship, including pair programming.

• Take ownership of solutions across the entire stack, encompassing frontend, backend, database modeling, and DevOps considerations such as CI/CD and deployment strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional full-stack development experience, including at least 2 years in a Solutions Architect or Senior Technical Lead position while remaining actively involved in coding.

• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and deploying applications in SOX-compliant environments, with the ability to clearly articulate how compliance requirements shape architectural and implementation decisions.

• Expert-level knowledge of Next.js (App Router) and the React ecosystem, including proficiency in TypeScript and modern state management techniques.

• Strong backend development expertise (such as Node.js, Python, or Java), encompassing API design (REST and/or GraphQL), service architecture, and data modeling with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

• Practical, development-centered experience with CMS platforms, ideally including direct work with Payload CMS or similar headless CMS solutions.

• Proven experience in utilizing AI-assisted development tools and creating AI-augmented or agentic workflows.

• Exceptional ability to work with designers using Figma and translate UX/UI designs into scalable, maintainable implementations.

• Outstanding communication skills, with the capacity to explain intricate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
