Solutions Architect – Adobe 3D & Immersive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical discovery and qualification process with potential customers to gain insights into their 3D production workflows, business objectives, and automation requirements.

• Create and present customized solution architectures that illustrate how Substance 3D automation meets customer needs.

• Develop and deliver engaging demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and prototypes utilizing our APIs for key clients.

• Collaborate closely with sales personnel and the Technical Program Manager to convert customer requirements into clear, technically sound proposals.

• Set achievable expectations at the outset of the sales cycle, identifying delivery constraints and flagging potential risks prior to closing.

• Support customer-facing presentations, serving as the technical expert in discussions.

• Foster positive relationships with both technical and business stakeholders at prospective and existing enterprise accounts.

• Act as a liaison between customer needs and Adobe's product, engineering, and technical artist teams.

• Stay engaged post-sale as a technical participant, aiding in the seamless transition to the TPgM and ensuring continuity in the customer relationship.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a solutions architect, consultant, pre-sales engineer, senior technical consultant, or in another relevant position.

• Extensive practical knowledge of 3D production pipelines within an enterprise setting, including familiarity with 3D data formats, rendering, and automation workflows.

• Capability to write production-quality Python code that enhances automation pipelines and to engage confidently with 3D technical artists and engineers.

• Proficiency in scoping and creating technical solutions for complex and ambiguous customer challenges, transforming discovery into clear, actionable architectures.

• Outstanding communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, equally adept at brainstorming with engineers and presenting to customer partners.

• A proactive, customer-centric attitude with a strong sense of ownership.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
