This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
β’ Lead the technical discovery and qualification process with potential customers to gain insights into their 3D production workflows, business objectives, and automation requirements.
β’ Create and present customized solution architectures that illustrate how Substance 3D automation meets customer needs.
β’ Develop and deliver engaging demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and prototypes utilizing our APIs for key clients.
β’ Collaborate closely with sales personnel and the Technical Program Manager to convert customer requirements into clear, technically sound proposals.
β’ Set achievable expectations at the outset of the sales cycle, identifying delivery constraints and flagging potential risks prior to closing.
β’ Support customer-facing presentations, serving as the technical expert in discussions.
β’ Foster positive relationships with both technical and business stakeholders at prospective and existing enterprise accounts.
β’ Act as a liaison between customer needs and Adobe's product, engineering, and technical artist teams.
β’ Stay engaged post-sale as a technical participant, aiding in the seamless transition to the TPgM and ensuring continuity in the customer relationship.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience as a solutions architect, consultant, pre-sales engineer, senior technical consultant, or in another relevant position.
β’ Extensive practical knowledge of 3D production pipelines within an enterprise setting, including familiarity with 3D data formats, rendering, and automation workflows.
β’ Capability to write production-quality Python code that enhances automation pipelines and to engage confidently with 3D technical artists and engineers.
β’ Proficiency in scoping and creating technical solutions for complex and ambiguous customer challenges, transforming discovery into clear, actionable architectures.
β’ Outstanding communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, equally adept at brainstorming with engineers and presenting to customer partners.
β’ A proactive, customer-centric attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
β’ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
