Solutions Analyst – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist Solutions Architects during the pre-sales phase by performing activities that connect technology with business.

• Conduct proofs of concept (PoCs), technical demonstrations, and workshops.

• Aid in the creation and preparation of technical proposals.

• Actively engage in customer interactions to effectively communicate technical value and build confidence.

• Attend customer meetings alongside the Solutions team.

• Set up and configure Sensedia environments for presentations and PoCs.

• Create technical artifacts (e.g., APIs) for proof-of-concept scenarios.

• Deliver hands-on demonstrations of Sensedia solutions.

• Develop presentation materials and technical proposal documents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Academic or professional experience (6 months to 2 years) in system development or integration.

• Practical knowledge of programming logic and proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar).

• Experience or a solid understanding of REST APIs (creation, consumption, documentation).

• Basic knowledge of integration protocols (HTTP, JSON, SOAP, messaging).

• Fundamental understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).

• Familiarity with Cloud Computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

• Self-management, organizational capabilities, and a commitment to continuous learning.

• Previous experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or customer support is advantageous.

• Practical experience with API Management or iPaaS platforms (Sensedia, MuleSoft, Apigee, Kong, WSO2, Digibee, etc.) is a plus.

• Knowledge of modern architectures such as microservices, event-driven systems, and messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Solace) is beneficial.

• Familiarity with versioning and automation tools (Git/GitHub, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous.

• Experience in building and consuming secure APIs (OAuth, JWT, OpenID Connect) is a plus.

• Relevant academic or personal projects involving APIs, integrations, cloud, or microservices are beneficial.
