Solutions Analyst, Ambulatory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, document, and implement functionality for the EpicCare Ambulatory solution.

• Develop, test, and sustain features in alignment with specifications and requirements.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve intricate technical challenges.

• Collaborate with various departments on project rollouts and member maintenance matters.

• Generate and enhance technical documentation to promote process improvements and cross-departmental alignment.

• Participate in technical design, analysis, system enhancements, and skill development.

• Assist the Epic Product Team in strategy, design, optimization, Gold Stars, Honor Roll, and Epic Upgrades.

• Travel nationally as necessary for Go-Live setups or training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Ambulatory Analyst.

• Current certification in the designated Epic application(s).

• Experience in Healthcare IT is essential.

• Proven experience in system application development.

• In-depth knowledge of EpicCare Ambulatory workflows, analytics, and technology.

• Familiarity with creating system application packages and transitioning them through various environments.

• Strong comprehension of clinical functionalities, including Community Connect and rural healthcare.

• Excellent communication skills with application teams, technical teams, and end users.

• Demonstrated integrity and accountability.

• Detail-oriented and process-focused, emphasizing data-driven decision making.

• Self-motivated and proactive, with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Successful completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview.

• Ability to work independently and effectively from a home office.

• High-speed internet service is required.

• Must maintain a distraction-free work environment.

• Proficiency in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.
