This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Effectively showcase Solera’s solution capabilities within at least one Solution Set (iDMS, CRM, Inv+, DealerFire, Autopoint MPI, AutoPoint Marketing, or Automate DMS) to potential clients, utilizing workflow-based presentations tailored to their automotive business needs.

• Capable of configuring and customizing demo environments, either independently or in collaboration with a remote team.

• Ensure data integrity within the demo environment while consistently updating software to establish historical trends and reporting.

• Engage in presentations, active listening, architecture creation, solution demonstrations, and problem-solving discussions.

• Actively listen, discuss concepts, and resolve issues for dealerships, crafting solution designs that demonstrate the value of offerings to clients and prospects.

• Comprehend and communicate the value proposition of software products to effectively attract, engage, and retain prospects and customers across various sectors.

• Lead with insights to narrate the Why Solera Story.

• Collaborate effectively with sales teams, including cross-functional representatives from sales, client services, product management, and custom development, to pursue new business opportunities.

• Work alongside the Sales Enablement team to assist with training initiatives as needed.

• Participate in industry trade shows when requested.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in proposing and presenting Solera’s Solutions.

• Be knowledgeable in both the business and technical dimensions of solutions to confidently address client inquiries.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Solera’s Solutions.

• Partner with Product Management to identify market trends, solution advantages, and contribute to the product roadmap's direction.

• Collaborate with sales personnel to develop customer-specific solutions for complex challenges.

• Strong communication skills with the capability to engage with dealership executives and managers across all segments of automotive dealerships.

• Comfortable operating in a rapidly growing and fast-paced sales environment.

• Quick learner of new technology concepts with a creative mindset.

• Passionate about people and technology.

• Proven consultative skills.

• Foundational ability to craft and convey a compelling narrative.

• Collaborative nature.

• May require up to 25% travel.

• A minimum of 5 years of industry experience.

• Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred.
