This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Develop and oversee a pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and strategic outreach initiatives.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within targeted sectors, including financial advisors, RIAs, wealth management firms, and other significant market segments.
• Conduct exploratory discussions to comprehend client requirements and effectively position BELAY's Assistant Solutions offerings.
• Manage opportunities from the initial outreach phase through qualification, proposal negotiations, and final agreements.
• Cultivate and sustain channel, referral, and strategic partnership relationships that contribute to ongoing lead generation and business expansion.
• Represent BELAY at industry events, conferences, networking occasions, and association meetings.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns, follow-up activities post-events, and initiatives aimed at market growth.
• Utilize Salesforce, Gong Engage, or similar platforms to oversee pipeline activities, forecast revenue, and maintain precise customer records.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development, outbound sales, partnership development, and consultative sales.
• Background in financial services, wealth management, banking, professional services, or related fields is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of generating new business opportunities through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and proactive business development efforts.
• Experience in building and maintaining professional relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks, follow through on commitments, and pay attention to detail.
• Self-motivated individual with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively managing multiple priorities.
