Solutions Administrator I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Responsible for fundamental system configurations for one or more solutions.

• May have responsibilities related to environment management, which includes communicating about outages, downtime, access, and availability.

• May oversee user license compliance and user provisioning.

• Act as a supportive team member that provides operations and support, system maintenance, and research to ensure ongoing innovation and reliable operations of the solution.

• Conduct daily system monitoring to ensure the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, while reviewing system and application logs, and confirming the completion of scheduled jobs, such as backups.

• Track monthly and quarterly patch release notes for their impact on Clayton’s system and associated systems.

• Manage Service Requests/Tickets for the platform, which includes opening, monitoring, escalating, and closing tickets.

• Create, modify, and delete user accounts as per requests.

• Coordinate activities related to Release Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience in Oracle financial technologies such as Fusion, EPM, or EBS, although not mandatory.

• Strong skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management.

• Experience in project management, group facilitation, data collection, and various phases of the software lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, deployment, training, and measuring effectiveness.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint.

• Ability to convert stakeholder requirements into technical specifications suitable for development and to simplify technical complexities for better understanding by business units and end users.

• Familiarity with JIRA is preferred, but not required.
