Solution Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Interact with customers both remotely and in person to provide training for Solventum™ HIS software users.

• Conduct demonstrations and training sessions for clients on Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ and related Revenue Cycle products, utilizing blended learning and adult education techniques.

• Deliver web-based and live classroom training, while also contributing to asynchronous training modules.

• Assist in project implementations by participating before and after the go-live phase alongside key project stakeholders.

• Identify suitable training plans in collaboration with customers and implementation teams.

• Actively engage in relevant corporate programs and initiatives, adhere to professional and quality standards, follow corporate policies and procedures, and uphold the values and ethical standards of Solventum.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND five (5) years of pertinent training experience in a private, public, government, or military setting OR a High School Diploma/GED and eleven (11) years of relevant training experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.

• Three (3) years of experience in inpatient, outpatient, or professional coding.

• Three (3) years of experience in Health Information Management (HIM) and Revenue Cycle.

• Three (3) years of experience as a coder in a hospital environment.

• RHIA/RHIT credentials and CCS certification are required.

• Familiarity with the Solventum™ Coding and Reimbursement System (CRS) and Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ is preferred.
