Solution Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients to comprehend their laboratory operations, focusing on sample management, equipment utilization, and data handling.

• Partner with developers to conceptualize and execute AI-driven solutions on the GenAIz Platform.

• Offer technical guidance to clients regarding the deployment and utilization of our solutions.

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients to ensure successful project delivery.

• Recognize opportunities for new solution development and collaborate with the product team to actualize these concepts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory environment, ideally as a researcher or scientist within CROs (Contract Research Organizations), CDMOs (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations), or similar life science laboratory settings.

• Strong grasp of laboratory operations, encompassing sample handling, equipment utilization, and data management.

• Proficiency with laboratory instruments and equipment.

• Outstanding communication and project management abilities.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.
