This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collaborate with both existing and prospective customers to comprehend their primary objectives in Consumer Lending and Retail Banking, focusing on Marketing, Originations, Customer Management, Personalization, Collections, and Fraud.
• Provide insights and thought leadership in Decisioning, Analytics, and Optimization within Financial Services, aiming to assist clients in outpacing competitors by utilizing FICO’s state-of-the-art Platform.
• Establish connections with senior client stakeholders in both Business and Technology to understand their most pressing decision management challenges while effectively communicating FICO’s platform capabilities.
• Investigate and develop potential solution opportunities through cooperative engagement with internal Key Account Managers, Pre-Sales Domain Experts, and Pre-Sales Architects to craft and successfully present solution proposals.
• Ensure client satisfaction with purchased solutions to foster long-lasting, mutually beneficial, and profitable relationships.
• Work collaboratively with internal FICO teams, including Global Solution Architecture, Product Development, Finance, and Professional Services, to create a unified sales strategy that informs customers of the significant business value provided by the FICO Platform.
• Engage with the largest and most sophisticated Financial Institutions, as well as a select group of leaders in other sectors.
• Oversee sales performance against quarterly and annual targets, with considerable earning potential when targets are surpassed.
• Proven Senior-Level Experience: A successful track record in building and managing strategic relationships with senior executives, especially within large financial institutions.
• Enterprise Solution Sales Expertise: Experience in structuring and closing intricate, multi-million-dollar transactions, including SaaS-based solutions that enhance existing offerings or integrate into larger solution packages.
• Industry Knowledge: Extensive understanding of banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, account management, or consumer lending.
• Familiarity with technologies such as machine learning, AI, decision management, and optimization is highly advantageous.
• Strategic Vision and Execution: Capability to develop and implement joint business plans that align with client goals and FICO’s strategic initiatives.
• Growth Mindset: A strong desire to learn and educate both customers and FICO colleagues through presentations and discussions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with a genuine interest in helping others achieve significant success.
