
Solution Sales Manager, Secure IT Services – New Business

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify, cultivate, and finalize new Managed Services opportunities, which includes overseeing intricate sales cycles (enterprise & upper mid-market).
• Actively seek out new customers and establish lasting relationships with decision-makers, while collaborating on strategic account plans alongside Account Management and vendors/technology partners.
• Present the Secure IT Services portfolio, encompassing Managed Security, Datacenter & Cloud, Network & Perimeter Security, Workplace & Endpoint, Sovereign Cloud & Hybrid.
• Create customer-specific operating models in partnership with Presales, Delivery, and Consulting, and work closely with delivery teams to implement scalable services.
• Organize and lead workshops, presentations, and high-level discussions to develop a thorough understanding of customer needs (operations, compliance, resilience, security).
• Keep track of pertinent market trends (e.g., cyber resilience, AI security, data sovereignty, NIS2, DORA, hybrid cloud).
• Several years of experience in sales within Managed Services, IT outsourcing, or complex IT solutions, demonstrating success in acquiring new business and fostering strategic relationships.
• Strong grasp of contemporary IT operating models, service organizations, and subjects like SLAs, service transitions, and managed service delivery.
• Technical proficiency in at least one domain (cyber security, cloud & datacenter, network & security, digital workplace, IT operations).
• Capability to effectively sell operational responsibilities and services, including experience with enterprise customers and intricate buying centers.
• High self-motivation, a hunter mentality, robust closing abilities, and a confident presence at the C-level.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, fluent in both German and English, with a willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
