This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify, develop, and close new Managed Services opportunities, including managing complex sales cycles (Enterprise & upper mid-market).
• Actively acquire new clients and establish sustainable relationships at the decision-maker level, while also creating strategic account plans in collaboration with Account Management and vendors.
• Position the Secure IT Services portfolio, which includes Managed Security, Datacenter & Cloud, Network & Perimeter Security, Workplace & Endpoint, and Sovereign Cloud & Hybrid.
• Collaborate with Presales, Delivery, and Consulting to develop customer-specific operating models, ensuring close coordination with delivery teams to establish scalable services.
• Conduct and facilitate workshops, presentations, and executive conversations while cultivating a deep understanding of customer operations, compliance, resilience, and security.
• Keep abreast of relevant market trends, such as cyber resilience, AI security, sovereignty, NIS2, DORA, and hybrid cloud.
• Several years of sales experience in Managed Services, IT outsourcing, or complex IT solutions, with a proven track record in acquiring new customers and building strategic relationships.
• Strong understanding of contemporary IT operating models, service organizations, and topics such as SLAs, service transitions, and managed service delivery.
• Professional expertise in at least one area: Cyber Security, Cloud & Datacenter, Network & Security, Digital Workplace, or IT Operations.
• Proven ability to successfully sell operational responsibilities and services, including experience with enterprise customers and complex buying centers.
• High self-motivation, a hunter mentality, strong closing skills, and a confident presence at the C-level.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, fluent in both German and English, with a willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
